Simon Elkinson 
Director and Founder of Piccadilly One

Simon is an ex-professional rugby player and coach now enjoying being a technology recruiter based in London. In 2017 he launched his own IT recruitment business, Piccadilly One.

Previously he built and managed high performing teams at a global recruitment business and launched a successful Technology practice at an executive search firm.

Feeling disillusioned by the sales first transactional way the industry works Simon felt compelled to start his own business driven by his belief in the values he learnt playing rugby. Honesty, integrity, hard work and being a good human scratches the surface of how he and Piccadilly One works.
